How long does it take to receive my order?

 

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of your order for production and shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Can I order a custom design or personalized text?

 

Yes! We love custom orders. Email us at info@holysmokeartistry.com with your design idea, name, logo, or text and we'll work with you to create the perfect piece. For bulk or business orders, we offer custom quotes.

 

What products can be customized?

 

We can engrave custom designs on tumblers, coasters, cutting boards, pocket knives, keychains, coins, and water bottles. If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

What file formats do you accept for custom logos?

 

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. High-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) work best for engraving. If you only have a low-res image, contact us and we'll advise on the best approach.

 

Do you offer bulk or business discounts?

 

Yes! We offer pricing for bulk orders such as corporate gifts, school merchandise, church groups, and wedding favors. Contact us at info@holysmokeartistry.com for a custom quote.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Because all of our items are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right.
